After placing your order, We will confirm that we've received it and adjusts the estimated delivery time if necessary. You'll receive order updates via e-mail. If the time indicated in the receipt email has come and gone, let us know and we'll find out where your food is.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Maybe. If we have already started preparing your order, we may not be able to change it. Rule of thumb: the sooner you let us know that you want to change your order, the more likely it is that we can get that order changed.
Did my order go through?
If you received a receipt via email, we arehard at work on your order. See, right when you place the order, we shoot your order off and confirm it, and then send you your receipt. All of this should happen within 5minutes. If it's been that long and you're still waiting for a receipt, chat us and we'll find out what's going on.
